Didn't receive any information about the apartment before check in (the receptionist asked for the unit number which I didn't know) so I had to call the owner and this 5 min phone call cost me 20$ because I don't have a local number...

Over all the facility is nice and room is clean, I had a nice rest here.

10mins walking to SM mall and 30mins walk to north bus terminal,room is comfy and with nice city/harbor view.

Check in process is not that pleasant because it's not a front office like a hotel, it's just a security who is taking care of the key hand over.

Definitely making this our go to place in the city!

You have everything you need for a quick weekend getaway, whether it be for leisure or business. In our case, we needed a place in the city so we can easily visit the hospital where a relative is confined. It was very accessible.

The wooden mantel where the router and cignal box is placed looks like it's going to give away soon. Other than that, everything else has been provided. Thanks!

Very good, just need some improvements

The owner serviced and cooperated with us very well. The location is near SM City.

The bed is a little bit hard and uncomfortable. It would be nice if it's a spring bed. We expected a fridge in the room for storing our groceries, because we liked to cook fresh meat and sea foods.

I had a wonderful stay here. The view from the room was fantastic. The sunrise was a sight to behold

The room was clean and comfortable. The property owner was accommodating. The property is accessible to malls and jeepney stations.

Kitchen utensils were provided but they should provide better ones such as a frying pan and a pot. The room was not ready when we arrived so we had to leave and take lunch outside.

Great 4 day stay on a budget

For a solo traveler good value for your dollar .close and within walking distance of two major malls .everything was as advertised.no issues with accommodations at all.

Make no mistake this is not a 5* condo hotel .it is efficient and serves a purpose that is budget and as advertised .The 2 evelators system was slow and inadequate to service the whole complex.only having one issue the genesis being my doing I exited the apartment locking the door with the keys still in the room.management was 2 hrs retrieving my keys and opening the door.so go figure?...the desk management seemed inadequate to Handel the situation.really they all seemed uninterested .

The contact info they leave on Booking.com is wrong. About this condo detail, no building name, no correct contact info, u will make yourself stupid. After I did my best to complain to Booking.com customer service, the host contacted me finally. But I still needed to wait about 1 hour in the lobby. I was very angry this host is no organization. By the way, I found a big cockroach in the room. I was lucky to stay only one night...

overall, it was ok

location was excellent, the host was accommodating, tv and wifi was good (when it was working), towels were provided. big bed.

room was not really clean - dust on the floor and counter tops. cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, aircon filter needs some cleaning too. I don't mind cleaning the room for as long as broom and dust pan were present. I wiped the floor using a wet disposable cloth. Internet and tv cable went out during my stay but I heard from my friends that their hotel lost connection too. I didn't mind since I was out most of the day and I had my mobile data subscription. Would prefer to get and leave the keys at the reception area and not go inside an unlocked room with the key inside - i think this is a security issue since anyone can go inside get the key and have the key duplicated.

Everything we needed plus a big mall right near by to load up on junk food! Place was clean and comfy.

Slightly dodgy area, but still safer than any UK/US city! Taxi took a while to find it.

The hosts were very easy going, helpful and accomodating. They did their best to make our trip very pleasant. The condo is very cosy , clean and comfy.
